This includes keeping:

  • WordPress

  • Plugins

  • Themes

  • PHP applications

  • CMS software

  • Frameworks

You retain responsibility for the content, files, databases, emails, applications, and other materials uploaded to your hosting account.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to store and distribute the content you upload.

Hostbaby does not claim ownership of your customer content merely because it is stored on our infrastructure.

However, you grant Hostbaby the limited technical rights necessary to store, transmit, process, backup, and otherwise operate your content as required to provide the services you purchased.

10. Customer Responsibility for Hosted Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content hosted through your account complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Hostbaby is not responsible for the legal consequences of content, applications, communications, or activities conducted by customers through their accounts.

If we receive a valid legal request, complaint, abuse report, intellectual-property complaint, or security report concerning content hosted on our infrastructure, we may investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Resource Usage and Fair Use

Hosting services are provided subject to the technical limitations and resource allocations of the plan purchased.

If an account causes significant or abnormal resource usage, we may contact the customer and request corrective action.

Depending on the severity, we may temporarily restrict, suspend, or require an upgrade of the affected service.

Specific resource limits may vary by hosting plan and are determined by the plan specifications presented at the time of purchase.

12. Server Infrastructure

Hostbaby currently uses infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, including infrastructure located in Germany.

We may use additional data centres, cloud providers, infrastructure providers, or technology vendors in the future.

Infrastructure providers may change due to capacity, performance, security, availability, pricing, or operational requirements.

Customers acknowledge that the physical location of infrastructure may vary depending on the service purchased.

13. cPanel and Hosting Environment

Hostbaby does not control registry policies or fees imposed by external domain authorities.

16. Domain Renewal and Expiry

Customers are responsible for renewing their domains before their expiration date.

If a domain expires, it may enter a grace period, redemption period, pending deletion period, or another status depending on the domain extension and registry rules.

Additional charges may apply to restore or redeem an expired domain.

Once a domain reaches a deletion or similar irreversible stage, recovery may not be possible.

Hostbaby is not responsible for a customer’s failure to renew a domain on time.
